Mixed review. Really like the scan and go function. Store itself was very clean and staff were friendly. But dislike that so many items are becoming shipping only. Store owners in general complain about customers shopping online and not in stores but then items are shipping only. Can't have it both ways.

I lost place I remember coming to Sam's when I was younger with my grandparents and getting all of the samples on Sundays I love the people that work there they are so helpful and kind and they don't mind being bugged they're very cheerful so also Sam's has got products that a lot of people can hardly find anywhere else they definitely have stuff in bulk most things are around $10 and they have a lot of stuff

Nice selection of stuff store is usually very clean. The staff is helpful when needed also. However, the robot floor cleaner stresses me out bad enough I try to avoid shopping here when possible. Even with a safety switch it gets to close for comfort. Plus it takes a job from an actual person!

Nice clean store. They always have what I came for. Friendly employees! And they are not as busy as other Sam's club locations! Which I love.

Selection was nice. Had all I wanted except fried chicken. Only problem rating the 2 stars was the rudeness of the employee scanning purchases from Scan and Go. She never cleared our scan and go QR code. All she did was talk down to me and my brother. Totally because we were old. I will NEVER go to Sam's in Forsythe again. I recommend other to boycott till they train employees that the customers are why they have their JOB. Sorry for soap box but it was very disheartening the way she talked to us and making us leave with the QR code still on our apps.
